Bushcraft - Crash Course
The Bushcraft Crash Course is the first day of our Bushcraft 2-day course, and it's taught by the guy who litterally wrote the book on Bushcraft!
Here you'll learn:
- The most useful knots and lashings
- How to build long-term wilderness shelters
- Tricks for the use and safety of knives, axes and saws
- Water gathering and disinfection
- Firecraft, including flint & steel
The next Bushcraft Crash Courses will run:
Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 from 9am to 5pm
Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 from 9am to 5pm
The course tuition is $127 per person.
Course Location: Near Stafford, Va. Detailed directions are emailed upon enrollment.
Required Equipment: Bag lunch and drinks for yourself, appropriate clothing and wet weather gear for the expected weather, a knife (fixed blade preferred) and a pen to take notes.
Recommended Equipment: Some seating is available at camp, but please bring a camp chair if you have one.
