Survival Hacks
Learn to transform everyday objects into lifesaving gear - and have a great time doing it! This class is all about transforming the junk you have into the vital supplies you need.
- Learn some crazy shortcuts in friction fire making
- Discover how to make fire with office supplies
- Make strong rope from duct tape and water bottles
- Create a shelter from the cold with an ordinary trash bag
- and so much more
All totaled. you will learn nearly 100 survival hacks, presented in our customary hands-on manner. These hacks will cover shelter, water, fire, food, emergency medicine and more topics.
Who said survival has to be hard? Hacks can make it easy, and as you'll see, surprisingly fun!
Our next date is Sunday, July 16th, 2023 running from 9 am to 4 pm. Course tuition is $127 per person.
Course Location: Near Stafford, Va. Detailed directions are emailed upon enrollment.
Required Equipment: Bag lunch and drinks for yourself, appropriate clothing and wet weather gear for the expected weather, a pocket knife (any kind), and a pen to take notes.
Recommended Equipment: Some seating is available at camp, but please bring a camp chair if you have one.
